Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Analytics Solution Architect, you will be involved in the following broad range of strategic, product and customer related activities to support the rapid growth of our Big Data Advanced Analytics business.
Present detailed aspects of our solutions and drive technical discussions with customers and prospects.
Orchestrate and run solution demos.
Define customer solutions and develop technical proposals that provide details of scope, approach, deliverables, pricing and timelines.
Support delivery and sales in identifying add-on business opportunities.
Participate in customer data assessment processes through guiding technical teams on deliverables to ensure desired outcomes.
Contribute to the product management process by providing market intelligence to inform the on-going product roadmap.
Provide architectural expertise to sales, delivery and other analytics teams.
Provide thought Leadership and Marketing support through authoring articles/blogs/white papers and delivering speeches/webinars.
Skills and attributes for success
8-10 years of experience in Big Data, data warehouse, data analytics projects, and/or any Information Management related projects
Bachelor of Science in an Analytics Discipline, Statistics or computer science. Masters degree in any of these disciplines or an MBA a plus
Prior experience building large scale enterprise data architectures using commercial and/or open-source Data Analytics technologies
Subject matter expert in government and other data intensive industries
Experience working with Government of India (GOI) agencies is required.
Comfortable engaging with customers and prospects across public and commercial sector domains
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work across customers, business and technical teams
Basic understanding of conceptual business, information and data architecture, as well as principles and patterns enforced from conceptual (enterprise) architecture
Basic understanding of detailed design and solution architecture and its relationship to conceptual (enterprise) architecture
Basic understanding of architecture and meta-data architecture development methods
Basic understanding of differences between a solution and a product
Basic knowledge, practical and theoretical, to all data capture, data processing, data persistence, data enrichment and data visualization processes
Interpersonal skills including persuasion and getting work done from stakeholder teams and to get buy-in from leaders, work with cross-functional teams
Vision to create and collaborate on product features and roadmap with product and business managers
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong consultative skills and background, including engaging directly with clients
