What You’ll Drive
As a Senior Apparel Designer, you’ll shape the creative direction of our performance and lifestyle apparel across portfolio brands. From concept to collection, you’ll lead the design process with originality, precision, and purpose — crafting silhouettes and stories that move with people and stand for something bigger.
• Build and lead seasonal design concepts across activewear, sportstyle, and hybrid performance ranges
• Translate trends and insights into innovative, India-relevant collections
• Create detailed design packs — from sketches to specs to fit notes — that guide sampling and production
• Work closely with sourcing, PD, and manufacturing to bring designs to life without compromise
• Ensure each product balances function, fit, and visual impact
• Collaborate on brand storytelling through trims, graphics, materials, and detailing
• Stay on pulse with global sport, street, and movement culture
• Mentor and guide junior designers to raise the creative bar
What You'll Bring
• 6–10 years of design experience across performance, athleisure, or lifestyle apparel
• A sharp design portfolio that shows concept thinking, technical execution, and range
• Strong grasp of fit, fabrication, finishing, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D tools (CLO preferred)
• Experience working with product and factory teams through development cycles
• A mix of creativity and clarity — balancing bold ideas with commercial realism
• Fast, self-driven, collaborative, and deeply invested in the work
