We're poised to take on the globe, changing the way you move. Our portfolio brands require a Senior Apparel Designer to shape the creative direction of our performance and lifestyle apparel.
• Create seasonal design concepts across activewear, sportstyle, and hybrid performance ranges
• Translate trends and insights into innovative, relevant collections
• Develop detailed design packs from sketches to specs to fit notes that guide sampling and production
• Collaborate with sourcing, PD, and manufacturing teams to bring designs to life
• Evaluate each product's function, fit, and visual impact
• Contribute to brand storytelling through trims, graphics, materials, and detailing
• Stay current with global sport, street, and movement culture
• Mentor junior designers to enhance creativity
What You'll Bring
• 6-10 years of experience in design, preferably in performance, athleisure, or lifestyle apparel
• A strong design portfolio showcasing concept thinking, technical execution, and range
• A solid grasp of fit, fabrication, finishing, and construction techniques
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D tools (CLO preferred)
• Experience working with product and factory teams through development cycles
• A balance of creativity and clarity in your work
• The ability to work independently, collaboratively, and with a high level of investment
