Pikemann is looking for a Senior AR Accountant (Bothell, WA) to join our client's in the credit and collections department. You will be responsible for overseeing the cases of clients who have outstanding payments and ensuring that they are resolved in accordance with company policy.
As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Collecting unpaid invoices and applying cash payments to customer accounts
• Keeping customer accounts up to date and accurate
• Communicating with customers to establish and maintain good relationships and ensure timely payments
• Resolving any issues related to billing and customer credit, including processing refunds when needed
• Collaborating with project managers on customer payment problems and disputed invoices
• Generating and analyzing reports and data on collection performance and accounts receivable status
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• At least five years of experience in accounts receivable
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe.
• Keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work with diverse people and manage multiple tasks.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
