Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Architect, located in Mumbai. The Sr. Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, development of designs and details, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project coordination & integration. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing the development of detailed architectural plans, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. The Sr. Architect will also be responsible for liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Architecture with min 8 - 10 years of experience.
• Master Degree in Associates field is a plus
• Proficiency in Design detailing & Preparation of GFC Drawings.
• Thorough knowledge of coordinating MEP Service & Structural Design
• Experience in Sports, Healthcare, Hospitality & Education projects.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of Green Building norms/ GRIHA/ LEED
