Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through completion, working closely with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage architectural projects, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
• Develop and present design concepts, plans, and drawings to clients for approval.
• Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure projects comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and quality of work.
• Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve design and construction issues.
• Participate in design and team meetings to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working in an architectural firm.
