We are hiring for a person who is.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for design management with consultants such as MEP, Structural, Firefighting.
• Preparing GFC drawings as per sites requirements.
• Preparing sketches/ drawings/ 3D/ presentation for better communication amongst various teams involved in project.
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors etc.
• Control project execution at site to ensure quality of construction, correct execution of drawings and smooth flow of process
• Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
• Record the site status and deadlines of projects.
• Cooperate and liaise with professionals related to the project
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Qualification- B.Arch
• Should have proven experience for design management with consultants such as MEP, Structural, Firefighting
• Good knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Good understanding of structural and MEP drawings, modern building construction methods and materials.
• Excellent technical skills, particularly with CAD software & basic knowledge of SketchUp.
