Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced architect at Spacewise. They will be responsible for managing, leading and growing the design team and the practice.The selected candidate will be responsible for space planning, creating architecture and construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection. They will collaborate with clients and other team members to bring their design visions to life.
Qualifications
Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings skills
Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD , 3D software , rendering software such as Vray, Enscape and other design software
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
