Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in interior architecture to lead high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic, technical skills, and the ability to guide teams through all project phases—from concept to completion.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior architecture, with a focus on luxury residential projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required; proficiency in SketchUp and Revit preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction documentation and building codes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Education: B.Arch/M.Arch
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of luxury residential projects
• Oversee and guide junior architects and design teams
• Collaborate with clients to capture their vision and translate it into elegant, functional spaces
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants
• Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and are delivered on time
