Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties :
• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients Leads production of schematic design, design development and construction documents.
• Coordinate and maintain project schedule.
• Coordinate with all the consultants.
• Oversees construction phases of projects.
• Actively seek new design and construction methods.
• Independently evaluate, select and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications.
• To take responsibility for leading and managing projects from concept design stage, through development of design and all necessary stages or applications for statutory approvals, production information, specifications, tender process, including carrying out inspections of projects on site.
• Liaise with team members and other consultants involved in the project.
• Take responsibility of a specific part of the project.
• Advising clients.
• Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
• Co-ordinating the work of contractors.
Desired skills required :
Complete all working drawings, Good for construction drawings, technical drawings, administrative documents etc.
• Technical detailing skills.
• Working exposure of AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, powerpoint.
• High levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
• A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects to their conclusion.
• Organisational, project management and planning skills.
• An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals.
• Capable in communicating and visualising concepts (by hand and by computer).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
