About the project:
Swadesh Darshan 2.0 Project: Swadesh Darshan 2.0 is an ambitious tourism development project by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, aimed at enhancing the infrastructure, aesthetics, and overall appeal of tourist destinations. This transformative initiative seeks to promote sustainable tourism, preserve cultural heritage, and boost the local economy
.The Senior Architect will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of planning and designing of the projects, from conceptualization through to construction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and overseeing large-scale urban space projects, possess excellent leadership skills, and be able to work collaboratively with project teams

Key Responsibilitie
• s:Lead the development and implementation of designs for large-scale urban design projects. Experience of public open spaces will be preferre
• d.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, along with occasional presentation
• s.Team management and coordination with members for meeting deadlines and quality submission
• s.Review and approve all architectural plans and specifications to ensure compliance with local codes and regulation
• s.Handle projects across various levels such as concept, basic design, tender & GFC drawings, Implementation, et
• c.Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and technologie
• s.Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
• s.Occasional field visits to project sites as and when require

Requiremen
• ts:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Masters in Urban Desi
• gn.Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project managem
• entExperience managing large-scale government proje
• ctsProficient in 2D and 3D softwares such as AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe suite, SketchUp, and simil
• ar.Good understanding of BoQs and SO
• Rs.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous
