Job Title: Senior Architect Location: Andheri, Mumbai Role Overview: We are looking to build a highly skilled architecture team in Mumbai on behalf of a well-established German architecture company. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced architects who aspire to work with leading international brands, contributing to prestigious projects while being based in a state-of-the-art office in Andheri, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about architectural design, have a keen eye for detail, and possess a strong ability to translate design concepts into reality using advanced software tools. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate on residential, commercial, and industrial design projects. Develop architectural drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation using ARCHICAD and other design software. Ensure all designs align with German architectural standards and quality. Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. Experience: 3-5 years in architectural design, ideally with exposure to international projects. German Language: Proficiency in German is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Technical Skills: ARCHICAD: Proficient in using ARCHICAD for creating detailed architectural designs and plans. AutoCAD: Strong command over AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drawing and drafting. 3D Visualization Software: Expertise in 3D visualization tools such as SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max. Rendering Software: Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape for producing photorealistic renderings. BIM (Building Information Modeling): Experience with BIM software (preferably Revit or ARCHICAD) for efficient project planning and design coordination. Digital Drafting: Exceptional skills in digital drafting with a strong understanding of detailing and design accuracy. Adobe Suite: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating presentations and visual content. German Design Codes and Standards: An understanding of German architecture regulations and building standards is a plus.
