Job Description
1) Candidate who have experience in running large mixed use Commercial / Residential Development with minimum 12 years’ experiences. BOA Registered Architect is preferred.
2) Candidate who have experience in large Healthcare Development with minimum 20 years’ experience. BOA Registered Architect is preferred.
3) Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.
4) Must be capable of being a Team Leader and take responsibility in managing projects
independently without supervision.
5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6) Good working attitude, proactive & conscientious.
7) Self-motivated with good time management skills.
8) Ability to supervise and manage a team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.In addition.
