Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at JCJR Partnership. The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, design management, client engagement, lead and participate in the design process, excellent time management and aware of applicable codes. The role involves creating conceptual and detailed designs, interior design, landscape design, and preparation of construction documents for Apartments, Villa campuses and institutional buildings.
Qualifications
• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Project Management experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of Building Byelaws
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Handle Multiple projects/ Clients at various stages of project
