Job Description
Konker is currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Designer to join an award-winning architectural practice based in Gloucester.
This practice consists of over 100 hard-working and creative staff members across 3 separate offices located in Newport, London, and Gloucester, with the latter being where successful applicants will be situated for this role.
The salary for this position ranges from £30,000-£45,000 depending on previous experience and they offer numerous additional benefits such as flexible working, generous holiday allowance, and continued professional development opportunities.
The Role: Senior Architectural Designer
• Working on variety of large-scale residential schemes
• Bespoke one-off houses and individual housing developments
• Liaising with internal and external project teams on residential schemes
• Creating schematic design through planning submission to Tender package for mainly residential schemes
• Working in planning team from feasibility to planning submission
• Strong AutoCAD and Photoshop skills
