We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Draftsman with strong experience in preparing architectural construction drawings for institutional and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop accurate and detailed construction drawings and working drawings from design concepts.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure clarity and precision.
Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and standards.
Make revisions and adjustments based on feedback from the design and construction team.
Maintain documentation and drawing archives.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural drafting.
Strong knowledge of institutional and commercial building construction drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD drafting software.
Excellent understanding of construction detailing and documentation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Civil Drafting, or related field preferred.
