• Developing comprehensive design documents and implementation plans;
• Mentoring junior team members and providing feedback;
• Managing client interactions and addressing escalations;
• Delivering thorough documentation and client training;
• Offering feedback to product and engineering teams;
• Supporting system integration partners and contributing to internal initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in SaaS technologies and database concepts;
