The Senior Associate Consultant in our Human Resources Advisory practice will be a part of an industry-leading consulting team. You will help deliver results for our clients by creating innovative and effective HR transformation consulting solutions as part of our HR Advisory Consulting Practice.
Job Responsibilities:
· Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of HR transformation consulting solutions
· Draft complex project approaches and client proposals with direction from experienced HR Advisory consultants
· Provide input and analysis in support of complex, large scale client projects
· Demonstrate strong and progressively developing client consulting skills, with the ability to articulate points of view as directed by senior HR Advisory consultants
· Support creation and presentation of client deliverables and solutions to executive or senior client contacts
· Analyze and interpret qualitative and/or quantitative data to develop an assessment of a client’s current state and contribute to development of recommendations
· Summarize data analysis in development of a narrative that informs client deliverables
· Support project management, including status reporting, managing risks, and driving activities and deliverables to completion
· Provide support for two or more simultaneous consulting engagements and prioritize related responsibilities and activities

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology preferred or equivalent years of industry experience, with 2+ years of related work experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology with 5+ years of related work experience
