Lead IT Quality Analyst - IN
Develops and evaluates equipment and processes to improve the safety, reliability, and maintainability of products and systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Planning reliability tests and conducting analysis of field failures while developing and administering reliability information systems for failure analysis and performance improvement.
• Identifying quality or service related issues. Reporting and communicating them to other departments and prioritizing as required for containment, correction, and prevention.
• Conducting or coordinating root cause analysis and reliability testing; analyzing and communicating results and recommendations.
• Leading internal audit projects; conducting the implementation of inspection techniques and providing training and coaching to others.
Educational Requirements
• University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience
• 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred
Physical Requirements
• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

• Good PL/SQL
• Fair Testing Knowledge on any PA/Trading Applications
• Hands-on exp on Testing and Testing Artifacts
• Detailed Knowledge on JIRA/HP ALM
• Well versed with Testing Life Cycle/Defect Life cycle
• Good Collab Skills
• Good Communication Skills
• Experience in creating testing Metrics/Status Reporting
• Good Experi in working Agile culture
