Senior Associate - HR
A HR in the field has to work hard towards ensuring that all office functions are
carried out smoothly by maintaining the relation between employees and employers.
What You'll Do
• Should manage the end to end hiring process.
• Should handle induction for all new joiners.
• Onboard activities and Bio -metric enrollment process.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Should be able to handle employees grievances
• Attendance and Time Management.
• Employee engagement activities.
• Payroll management for contract employees
• Should be able to handle ESIC and EPF related queries.
• Compliance adherence (Notice Board checklist/EHS Audit Checks)
What You'll Need
• 4+years of experience
• Experienced in Employee engagement & grievance management
