Position Summary
This position is for an individual contributor role in HR Service Delivery wherein the incumbent will be responsible to manage new joiner’s onboarding, induction, background verification (BGV) and employee wellness activities
Job Responsibilities
1. Enhancing new joiner’s experience during Onboarding & BGV
2. Ensuring new joiner’s onboarding and BGV as per defined guidelines
3. Monitoring vendor’s SLA
4. Running onboarding, induction, BGV and wellness activities cost effectively with required research
5.Budgeting, Contracting and Renewal for Vendor contract
6. Periodical report out of metrices – specifying the effectiveness of the function
7. Process improvements, removal of Non- value adds
8. Stakeholder management
+. Market Research, Design and Execution of Wellness Activities
10. Data Analytics to establish trends and to report out
11. Managing MetLife and Vendor’s systems and applications for these activities
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Education
• Should be a Graduate or Post Graduation (HR) Preferable
Experience
• 4 - 6 Years of Experience in similar role in HR Operations
• Exposure to Wellness preferable
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power-point, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Fluent in English.
