By understanding client needs, you will implement innovative software solutions and offer training to ensure successful integration and utilization of these applications. Your Role: As an integral member of the SAP Supply Chain and Operations team, you will assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP packaged solutions, focusing on the design, implementation, and support of SAP Supply Chain solutions. In this Senior Associate role, you will analyze complex challenges, mentor junior team members, and maintain exceptional standards of performance. You will prioritize building client relationships and gaining a deeper understanding of industry dynamics while navigating complex situations to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting clients in the implementation and maintenance of SAP Supply Chain solutions.
• Designing and implementing SAP Supply Chain processes.
• Analyzing and resolving complex issues.
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members.
• Ensuring high standards for client deliverables.
• Fostering and strengthening client relationships.
• Deepening your understanding of relevant business contexts.
• Successfully navigating complex situations to further develop your expertise.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years of relevant experience in the field.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $77,000 - $202,000, dependent on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable employment laws. Eligible employees will receive an annual discretionary bonus. We also offer an extensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal, and family sick leave.
