Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive research to gain insights into customer and employee needs, mapping out the entire service ecosystem.
• Design detailed service blueprints and multi-channel journey maps that enhance both customer-facing and operational processes for improved service delivery.
• Transform strategic insights and user requirements into actionable service concepts, aligning technology, business workflows, and human interactions to provide value.
• Lead interactive design thinking sessions with cross-functional teams to collaboratively create and refine new and existing service offerings.
• Develop and pilot service prototypes, collecting feedback to enhance service models ensuring they are desirable, viable, and feasible prior to implementation.
• Uphold KPMG’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and accountability, contributing to a respectful work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience with a strong grasp of service design principles and a commitment to user-focused innovation.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and their applications; a portfolio showcasing Gen AI work is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Strong critical thinking abilities with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
• Experience in an Agile design and development setting is preferred.
