Senior Associate - Structured Finance (Remote, India-Based) MBA PLUS CFA Must Location & Compensation Work from Anywhere Salary: Up to - 40000 USD including small variable) US Hours on need basis and flexible Global Capital Markets Impact Finance Renewable Energy About the Role: Our client, a fast-scaling global fintech in the clean energy space backed by top VCs, is seeking a Structured Finance professional with deep expertise in debt transactions and financial modeling. This is a high-impact role that sits at the core of capital raising efforts across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage structured finance transactions (off-balance-sheet vehicles, SPVs, term loans, revolvers). - Liaise with DFIs, impact funds, and private credit funds for fundraising activities. - Own due diligence, investor relations, and transaction execution end-to-end. - Build and customize Excel models; conduct sensitivity analysis. - Draft pitch decks, manage investor negotiations, and structure deal terms. - Support cross-functional workstreams including credit, legal, and country teams. Hard Requirements: - 4-6 years' post-qualification experience in: - Debt raising/structured finance at banks, NBFCs, advisory firms, or startups. - Working with DFIs or international credit investors. - Excellent Excel modeling skills-especially in debt modeling. - Experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and structuring. - Superb business communication, both written and spoken. - MBA (Finance) or Bachelor's in Finance/Economics; CFA preferred.
