The Souled Store is one India’s fastest growing youth focused lifestyle brand. We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figure backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswear.
Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as we and have 40 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.

Role Overview -
Senior Associate Shoe Designer will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and developing innovative footwear collections that align with the brand's vision and market trends. This position requires a blend of creative design, technical expertise, and collaborative skills to deliver high-quality products that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities-Assist in designing and developing women's & men's sneaker collections from concept to final product.
• Research and analyze fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences to create innovative designs.
• Sketch and render design concepts using both hand-drawing and digital tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for prototypes and production.
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Participate in fittings and provide input on design adjustments.
• Maintain an organized archive of design sketches, materials, and samples.
• Prepare design presentations and mood boards for internal reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform design work.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design or Footwear Design
• 3+ years of experience in designing sneakers, preferably in a fast-paced fashion environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
