The opportunity: Manager-National-Assurance-ASU - FAAS - Financial&AccountingAdv
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure client accounts comply with audit standards
• Provide a robust perspective to audit committees
• Offer critical information for stakeholders
Our Service Offerings include External Audit, Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS), IFRS & US GAAP conversion, IPO and other public offerings, Corporate Treasury - IFRS * accounting & implementation support etc.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical excellence
• Ability to evaluate and think critically
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Client hand-holding and management
• Excellent coordination skills, ability to multi-task, quick decision making; handle crisis situations, quick turnaround and delivery
Deep domain expertise of SEBI Regulations including ICDR, Companies Act and other applicable regulations is required.
Qualification: MBA / CA / CS and LLB candidacy is a plus.
Experience: 3-10 years.
