Job Title:-Senior Audit Manager
Experience-1 to 3 Years (Post Articleship)
Job Description / Responsibilities
1. Internal & Statutory Audit
2. Preparation of MIS on a monthly basis and advisory on how to reduce cost.
3. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
4. Assists in the development of the institution's annual audit plan.
5. Manages performance of audit assignments, reviews work papers and audit reports; edits & Finalizes reports prepared by others.
6. Schedules and plans audits; initiates project planning, assesses risk and develops audit direction.
7. Performs preliminary planning and establishes direction for audits, provides leadership to the assigned team, manages the project to quality outcomes while meeting established time budget.
8. Performs audit work, including plan preparation, work papers, finding, and associated reports; verifies the accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, and related transactions.
+. Coordinates and interacts with administrators, faculty, and staff, and with external audit and law enforcement agencies, as needed.
10. Training new staff, as needed.
11. Keeps abreast of policies and procedures, current developments in accounting and auditing professions, and changes in local, state, and central laws, as applicable.
12. Coordinates and interacts with audit firms performing external audits of Clients financial statements.
13. Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in the accomplishment of established goals.
14. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualification
Qualified CA (ready to travel at Clients' Places)
Knowledge of INDAS / AS
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Leadership qualities
Good coordination skills.
An organized approach and excellent time
management skills
Ability to work well as part.
Software knowledge- Tally, Advance Excel etc
