Senior Azure SQL Database Developer
We are looking for an experienced and skilled SQL Developer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ongoing optimization of database performance in Azure SQL environments
• Implementation and management of linked servers
• Data replication across various systems
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of experience in SQL development
• Deep expertise in SQL Server Replication, including Transactional, Merge, and Snapshot replication
• Hands-on experience with Azure Parallel Data Warehouse, Linked Servers, and Database Replication
• In-depth knowledge of T-SQL for developing stored procedures, triggers, and complex queries
• Strong understanding of query optimization, indexing, and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with Azure SQL Server performance monitoring and optimization tools
PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Certifications in Microsoft SQL Server or Azure SQL Database
• PowerShell scripting experience for automation of Azure SQL tasks
• Azure Data Factory experience for data orchestration
• NoSQL databases or hybrid data storage solutions knowledge
• Agile/Scrum experience in a database development environment
