Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and best practices into the development process.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of our cloud-based production systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues in our dev, test, and production environments.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in backend software development
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js and Django.
• Proficiency working with TypeScript, Javascript, and or Python.
• Cloud experience, in particular AWS experience - EC2, Lambdas, Dynamo. Redshift
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS.
• Knowledge of networking principles and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with C# a plus.
• Experience with ETL pipelines a plus.
• C/C++ experience a plus.
• Experience with Unity or another game engine is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
