Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages to a high standard
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences
Maintain consistency in drink presentation, taste, and portion control
Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising junior bartenders and bar staff
Manage bar setup, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise wastage
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and responsible service of alcohol
Support management with smooth day-to-day bar operations during service
Requirements & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a busy hospitality environment
Valid LCQ Certificate (essential)
Full or restricted driver’s licence with reliable personal transportation
Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar service techniques
Confident communication skills and a professional, well-presented manner
Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
