Josh Emett Group is a leading restaurant group in Auckland.
Two of our venues are seeking Senior Bartenders:
Onslow: is one of Auckland city center's most sought-after dining establishments.
Gilt Brasserie: is a bustling brasserie that offers a delightful blend of European cuisine and refined versions of classic dishes for all occasions.
Senior Bartenders
(x1 Onslow, x1 Gilt Brasserie)
Creativity in developing cocktails
Oversee ordering of stock
Ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained
Mange invoicing and payments
Lead the team in creativity and running a successful bar
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards
Identify, develop and maintain establishment policies and procedures
Have extensive knowledge of local and international beverage trends
Order and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
Set policies and maintain standards for food safety in the bar area
Set policies and maintain standards for health & safety at work in the bar area
Ensure all bar equipment and work environments are clean and operational
Meet with ******* and beverage suppliers
Qualifications
2-3 years relevant experience in a similar senior role
Extensive ******* and beverage knowledge
Ability to work competently under pressure
Ability to multitask
Permanent role
Full time (minimum 30 hours per week) on a roster system that includes weekends, evenings and some public holidays
