About the Role
You will be responsible for overseeing the building assessment services for properties within underground coal mining districts across NSW.
In this role, you will lead the assessment of damage to surface infrastructure associated with coal mine subsidence, project and contract management of rectification work, and the assessment of surface development risk to support the achievement of customer service orientated objectives under the Coal Mine Subsidence Compensation Act 2017.

About You
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Experience in reading and interpreting construction and engineering plans
Experience in construction methodology, building standards and practices
Project and contract management experience
Customer service experience
