Vanzbon is a fast-growing Asia-based business services firm helping global companies expand across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. We are now expanding into India and seeking a local Tax & Government Affairs Associate to assist with company formation, tax compliance, and government liaison matters.
We do not yet have a legal entity in India , but this is a long-term role with the potential to grow into a local representative, or collaborate via a white-label structure .
Responsibilities
• Assist with company incorporation (RoC filings, PAN, TAN, DIN, etc.).
• File and manage GST registration and monthly filings.
• Liaise with Indian authorities and access official portals (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, Startup India, etc.).
• Provide guidance on current Indian compliance requirements.
• Assist with opening company bank accounts.
• Work closely with our international legal and finance teams.
• Optionally represent the company locally during formal procedures.
✅ Requirements
• Based in India (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru preferred, but remote OK).
• Degree in Accounting, Law, Finance or related field.
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate compliance and tax system.
• Familiarity with MCA, GST Portal, Income Tax e-filing.
• Proficient in English; Hindi fluency required.
• Prior experience with CA firm, CS, or ROC support a plus.
• Self-motivated and reliable; able to work remotely with global teams.
