Qualifications
Extensive experience working on Insurance Billing systems
Extensive working knowledge on Billing systems supporting Insurance P&C products
Great and detailed knowledge of Billing systems supporting Commercial Insurance
Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions
Effective technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis
Effective technical knowledge including ability to create and execute SQL queries in support of incident and problem analysis
Ability to work with data and complex systems
Significant experience in an P&C insurance field
Experience with leading and owning financial control process across systems
Experience with multiple SDLC methodologies, particularly Agile principles
Experience creating business process workflows and support product owner with integrated road map reviews
Must have familiarity with Analyst methodologies e.g
Use Cases; Business Rule Development; User Interface Specs; Functional Specs
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and be team-oriented
Must be detail conscious, technically motivated, creative, and user oriented
Able to determine and expertly communicate impacts of system functionality and technical approach on performance, scalability and maintainability
Proven planning and organization skills, creating own work schedules, prioritizing workload, preparing in advance and setting realistic timescales
Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc
Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions

The U.S. pay range for this position is ($+5,000 low range of low-cost location – $135,000 high range of ultra-high cost city)
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual’s skills, experience, and location

Responsibilities
Senior Business Analysts bridge the gap between business and IT by being able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting a product or multiple products within Middle Markets Delivery Team and her/his core responsibilities include eliciting and documenting both business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements, supporting quality assurance testing and UAT, and triaging incoming issues, defects, and enhancement requests
Senior Business Analysts will also provide senior level support of projects that impact the application(s) s/he supports

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of computer science, information systems, business management, or a related field preferred.
• Great and detailed knowledge of Billing systems supporting Commercial Insurance.
• Ability to understand general business requirements and implement corresponding technical solutions.
