Senior Business Analyst
Location Negotiable across TAFE NSW campuses- subject to campus availability
1 x Temporary Full Time Role until September 2026
Base Salary $11+,757- $132,188 p.a plus superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
The Senior Business Analyst, with a focus on human centred design, is responsible for providing specialist advice and performing activities to ensure Systems Group Solutions Delivery effectively identifies and delivers on business requirements and optimisation opportunities, across all stages of the solutions delivery project lifecycle. The position provides specialist guidance to other business analysts on complex activities and coordinates analyst work as required to meet program management timeframes and standards.
About You
You have demonstrated ability in stakeholder management, project management support and high-level problem-solving skills. Your expertise in business analysis, particularly in process modelling and requirements gathering, is essential. Along with your ability to bring people together with various technical backgrounds and system knowledge, you are confident facilitating workshops and meetings with a wide range of business stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
