Play a critical role in attacking opaque, unstructured problems; develop core analytic frameworks that shape the way the company thinks about our business
Own projects that span disparate groups with varying levels of technical fluency from end-to-end
Build out data availability and business intelligence solutions for your team
Regularly present high-level narrative-driven analyses to all levels of management across the organization
Build a data-driven culture wherever you turn, from working with PMs on KPIs, to partnering with engineers on data models, to making sure that all decisions accurately utilize the most powerful data available
Mentor data team members in articulating ideas and viewpoints, managing resources, and driving resolution
Perform exploratory analyses and in-depth research on large data sets to uncover, size and advocate for opportunities that improve the customer experience and key growth KPIs like customer conversion and retention.
Communicate not just findings, but also your recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership
Partner closely with stakeholders across various teams to ensure that priorities and resources are aligned

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

A total of 5+ years of experience in product and customer analytics
