• Should have technical knowledge of Web and Mobile App Development.
• Should have good knowledge of online bidding on portal Freelancer / Upwork / PPH.
• Experience as a Technical/Domain/Module Lead.
• Experience in International Projects with client interaction.
• Develop and lead the teams while ensuring that the team meets business requirements while creating an environment wherein people feel inspired to work and put people above everything.
• Write new project proposals and work with the team to provide release plans.
• Responsible for delivering on time with quality.
• Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects by working closely with people.
• Technically grounded and committed to following the Agile development process.
• Experience in documentation like use case documents, BRD, FRS, technical design documents, status...
