About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Engineer Technician to prepare production-ready cabinetry packages. This is not an entry-level role — you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Review cabinet designs and identify production issues
Work with designers to resolve construction and technical problems
Interpret drawings and specifications accurately
Generate CNC files, cut lists, and production packages using Mozaik V14
Ensure all jobs are fully accurate before going to production
Understand material yield, cabinet construction, and installation requirements
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Minimum 3 years of kitchen cabinet design experience
Minimum 3 years using Mozaik software
Minimum 1 year using Mozaik V14 Enterprise
Strong understanding of cabinetry manufacturing and shop processes
Ability to complete jobs independently without training
