To handle complete operational work for Wheels & SME product
# To handle audit queries and get them resolved by audit team.
# To provide qualitative risk assessment for implementation of new policies.
# To review and measure the performance of the team, develop key performance metrics at each level of operations.
# To suggest and implement new policies and formation of SOPs.
# To improve the file quality and scorecard of the branches, CPU, Central operations
# To ensure implementation of all regulatory guidelines across the company.
# To identify the lapses in the ongoing process and provide improvement suggestion.
# To formulate & develop strategy as per company’s requirement and organize the training to all team members as per compliance requirements.
# Must have good exposure in disbursement, documents, KYC, AML policy.
# Must have good knowledge about the RBI laws, rules & regulations.
# Must have good knowledge about the DQI and reporting to CIC along with their queries resolution.
