• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in the environmental sciences or equivalent related work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 15 years of experience in the environmental market sector.
• Proven success in securing environmental projects with clients.
• Established executive-level contacts and robust relationships with energy and industrial clients.
• Demonstrated capability to create and implement market growth strategies, identify leads, analyze opportunities, respond to RFPs, and coach interview teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to lead account teams, mentor and motivate team members, and leverage Jacobs’ resources for innovative solutions while managing commercial and legal negotiations to close deals.
