As a Senior Client Services Manager, you will oversee an assigned portfolio of large enterprise clients. Your strong relationship-building skills will position you as a trusted partner, equipped with insightful knowledge of each client's business. You will adeptly manage client expectations by collaborating with various internal teams to deliver the highest level of service, acting as the central liaison with key stakeholders including CMOs and performance marketing executives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for post-sales relationships with large client accounts.
• Identify and respond to client needs, including uncovering unmet requirements.
• Thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting swiftly to client requests and evolving priorities.
• Collaborate weekly with our Media Buying team to ensure successful scaling of TV campaigns.
• Develop expertise in Tatari's services, utilizing insights from internal subject matter experts to address client challenges.
• Foster strong relationships by spending time with clients (up to 10% travel) at the executive level.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, ideally in marketing, economics, statistics, or business administration.
• Over 4 years of experience in client relationship management, with direct interactions at the C-level.
• Strong knowledge of the linear and streaming TV landscape.
• Impeccably organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to analyze and narrate data effectively.
• Proficient in communicating technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent presentation and listening skills; consistently prepared for meetings.
• Comfortable engaging in conversations with both engineers and marketing professionals.
• Preference: Familiarity with digital marketing (e.g., SEM, Facebook), programmatic advertising, advanced Excel skills, and data visualization.
• Preference: Experience in a media agency focusing on planning, strategy, and/or marketing science.
