Key Responsibilities:
• Author and review data transfer plans to meet specific study needs while utilizing templates and standard guidelines.
• Support data cleaning activities and resolve discrepancies of moderate complexity in lab data reconciliation.
• Collaborate with lead Biomarker Data Specialists to develop detailed specifications for data structures that align with stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple project streams, focusing on timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain integrated tracking and inventory logs of all specimens collected during clinical trials, analyzing data and sharing metrics with relevant parties.
• Conduct data cleaning for vendor data with minimal guidance while effectively resolving issues as they arise.
• Create necessary specifications for unstructured and tabular data in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Run SAS programs, analyze logs, and generate useful outputs.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to advance projects around vendor and collaborator relationships.
• Draft and revise contracts and study documents to ensure alignment with project goals and vendor capabilities.
• Work with external labs and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Assist in the maintenance of departmental tools, templates, and systems.
