Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Design Responsible Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing clutch and dual mass flywheel systems, as well as leading component development engineers to effectively implement design changes and development of components/sub-assemblies/aggregate.
The successful candidate will participate and lead all technical topics in cross-functional team meetings, execute projects according to project schedules and allocated budgets, and communicate design risks, related changes, and impacts to all cross-functional teams.
In addition, the Lead Design Responsible Engineer will lead the global localization/product design and development activities for subsystems from RFQ phase till the start of regular production, and lead supplier technical reviews along with different cross-functional teams.
