Understanding and supporting AQ's strategic objectives through the development and management of digital and social media strategy, plans, content and events.
Content management, research, creation and editing for AQ's digital channels, including use of Squiz DXP (website) and SharePoint (intranet), and social tools such as Vision6, Survey Monkey, MS Teams and Meta Business Suite.
Working both independently and collaboratively within a small team, establishing clear plans and timeframes for collaboration and completion, while managing competing deadlines.
Identifying and understanding client expectations and providing strategic advice and support in areas such as proactive identification and response to issues management, risk assessment, community engagement and digital communication strategies.
Applying digital design principals to digital media and providing support with design processes and techniques in a PC environment using Canva and Adobe CS software including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Contributing to continuous improvement strategies to ensure the currency and accuracy of AQ's digital platforms based on data insights and reporting through tools such as Google analytics.

Additional Information:
Salary: $115,758 - $123,611 p.a. + 12.75% super

Please note a 3-month probationary period may apply to new employees of Arts Queensland in accordance with section 315 of the Industrial Relations Act 2016
