· We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for the compliance checks on new candidates as well as making sure documents for existing candidates are kept up to date. You will be working within the Social Care and Housing Team remotely.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a London based company and work from the comfort of your own home. You will be working 1:30pm – 10:30pm IST Monday to Thursday and 1:30pm -10:00pm IST on Fridays in line with our London office hours.
Job Purpose:
Being responsible for candidates’ compliance journey from start to finish for the Social Care and Housing team
Assist with training and mentoring new and existing team members.
Senior Compliance Officer Profile:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a compliance officer within a healthcare recruitment setting and preferably within social care or medical recruitment e.g. care workers and/or nurses.
Experience of training/mentoring new and existing team members within the
compliance team is desirable.
Experience with compliance of on framework medical candidates is desirable.
Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Experience of being the point of contact for compliance related queries both
internally and externally.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Extensive time management, organisational and planning skills.
Ability to manage and prioritise a variety of different tasks with multiple deadlines.
High level of interpersonal communications skills both verbal and written with the
ability to communicate concerns and issues in a diplomatic manner.
Professional telephone manner and positive team presence.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders.
Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and various software.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring compliance checks on all new candidates, as well as
ensuring any existing temporary workers’ documentation remains up to date for the Social Care and Housing division.
Obtain candidate references via email and telephone.
Answer incoming calls and deal with incoming queries in a polite and professional
manner.
In-depth knowledge of all Winlight’s business sectors and their compliance
requirements.
Provide regular feedback to Managers on compliance issues and delays; and
ensuring process changes are implemented.
Ability to process placement forms across all divisions.
