Role Overview
We seek a Senior Concept & Illustration Artist to shape the visual identity of our next-generation games.
You will be responsible for creating detailed backgrounds, characters, and in-game assets while working closely with the Art Director to ensure a cohesive art style.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and illustrate game elements, including backgrounds, props, symbols, and characters.
• Create original characters with strong silhouettes, stylization, and appeal.
• Utilize AI tools like Midjourney, Krea, Flux, and ComfyUI to generate concepts, iterate faster, and enhance creative workflows.
• Refine and overpaint AI outputs to meet production-quality standards.
• Create layered, animation-ready assets for use in game engines and motion pipelines.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, animation, and motion teams to ensure visual consistency and usability.
• Help build and evolve our internal visual library and design system.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in game art, illustration, or concept design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing stylized 2D art, including backgrounds, characters, and world-building.
• Mastery of Photoshop (or equivalent painting tools).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (Midjourney, Krea, Flux, etc.) in production or prototyping.
• Ability to balance speed with quality and iterate rapidly.
• A strong sense of color, composition, lighting, and design language.
• Team-oriented, organized, and open to feedback.
