Technical Lead
What will you do?
• Guide and support your team in resolving technical issues.
• Actively participate in debugging and troubleshooting alongside your team when required.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream application teams, infrastructure, and cyber teams to address integration, design, and technical challenges.
• Manage both internal and client stakeholders effectively.
• Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely completion of your own deliverables.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in development and deployment of JAVA technologies, including Java Applet, Struts 1, Hibernate, MyBatis, and Spring 5.
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle Database and MS SQL.
• Proven experience in migrating monolithic applications to microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of both Windows and Linux environments.
• Hands-on experience with basic monitoring tools such as Splunk, Elastic, AppDynamics, etc.
• Strong can-do attitude and ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
