EY’s Transaction Tax team is looking for talented Senior Consultant in our Sydney office.
In this role you will team with EY professionals and client stakeholders to advise many of the world’s largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the most complex, high-profile deals in the market.

What is TTA?
The Transaction Tax Advisory (TTA) team sits within EY’s International Tax and Transaction Services (ITTS) practice, which is a joint venture between the Strategy & Transactions and Tax service lines. TTA is focused on advising corporate, private equity, infrastructure and other clients on all tax aspects of their capital agenda.
Responsibilities
Advise Australian and international clients on complex inbound and outbound tax issues.
Undertake Pillar Two training sessions with clients to enable them to meet their filing requirements under the legislation, and assist them with Pillar Two calculations to determine their potential liabilities.
Assist clients throughout a transaction life cycle, including initial due diligence to post-deal implementation.
Prepare proposal documents in respect of prospective clients.

Experience in tax consulting (within a top tier accounting firm, corporate, business consulting or legal environment)
Excellent interpersonal skills and time management capabilities
Ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels
Strong commercial acumen
High standard of written and oral communication, with a focus on developing strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels with internal and external clients
Creative and innovative outlook and ability to produce new ideas and concepts
Positive attitude and enthusiasm
Solid relational skills; Enjoy meeting new people, developing relationships and learning from others
Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality outcomes
Able to manage time efficiently through sharing knowledge and seeking advice from others
