Key responsibilities:
Translate our clients’ business challenges into IT requirements by leveraging SAP’s latest technologies in the areas of PS, PPM, and/or CPM.
Plan, facilitate, and manage design workshops, applying industry best practices throughout.
Configure systems and collaborate with developers on enhancements as required.
Execute and/or support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring timely resolution of defects.
Support overall project management using the SAP Activate methodology, and actively promote Deloitte’s proprietary tools and methods, which are built on our expertise and established best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including business subject matter experts, architects, developers, and system integrators (vendor consultants)—to review current processes and recommend system improvements. Encourage collaboration across Deloitte’s service lines to deliver integrated solutions for our clients.
Demonstrate initiative in learning new SAP technologies and staying up to date with industry trends.
Support proposal development and contribute to presales activities, including client system demonstrations.
Qualifications
A minimum of two to three full life cycle SAP implementations, including at least one S/4HANA implementation.
Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Project Systems (PS), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), and/or SAP CPM.
Certification in at least one SAP EPPM tool is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in the integration of Project Systems with other S/4HANA components, such as FICO, EAM, purchasing, sales, HR CATS, and manufacturing.
Experience in project delivery, strong consulting skills, and proven client-facing experience with a strong customer focus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in both Agile and waterfall environments.
Knowledge of SAP Activate and its associated tools as e.g., Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM is a plus.
Experience in the land development, electricity, gas, or water distribution sectors, or in the construction industry.
