About the Opportunity
Our ITTS practice excels in providing strategic guidance to corporate and private equity clients on a wide range of capital agenda issues, including Transaction Tax Advisory, International Corporate Tax Advisory, and Transfer Pricing (TP). This unique collaboration within EY maximizes business opportunities while cultivating professional growth.
The TP team plays a vital role in addressing planning, documentation, and controversy matters related to intercompany transactions, with a focus on intangible property. We ensure that our clients' transfer pricing is accurately monitored and reflected in their financial systems.
In our EDGE practice—representing Exceptional Delivery and Growth Engine—you will operate within a technical framework that emphasizes advanced process and service delivery expertise, setting EY apart in the market. You'll engage in TP Documentation and receive EY Technology training, allowing for diverse experiences and mentorship.
Your Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you'll contribute throughout the Transfer Pricing documentation project lifecycle, translating data into effective deliverables for our clients.
• Deliver a comprehensive approach to transfer pricing by creating detailed documentation.
• Implement process enhancements using EY software and technology to improve data collection and reporting for senior leadership.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to team members while overseeing their assignments.
• Coordinate efforts with colleagues globally and collaborate with EY's Global Delivery Services Center.
• Design and deliver innovative transfer pricing solutions that meet client objectives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, management, or a related discipline.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong independence and teamwork skills, capable of managing tasks across functions and geographies.
• Interest in technology and automation for enhancing TP Documentation processes.
• At least two years of relevant experience in professional services or tax organizations.
• Transfer pricing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
